Now it seems like Kibaki administration ending with his promise of free education while the private schools are getting too expensive.  What happening to our children who can’t afford the private school! Where is their Future!! Are we expecting to reduce the gap or leave it for the rich becoming more richer and poor more poorer! If our Mp’s are really honorable as it is’ they could now have resolved this issue already by cutting little of their salaries to a certain percent to go to the teachers.
Kenyan we need to wake up majority of us we work 24/7 and pay taxi for everything if your neighbor child does not get better education not only your neighbors will feel the pain belief me or not it will reach to your house too…
Today is the third week from when Kenyan school teachers started strike and our children are continued staying home and hopeless mothers are getting worries but the worse of it is how our leaders talk and it seem not even the big boss of our education offices worries so much because none of their children go to those public school.
Just to take you back in time when our current parliament house took place, the first big thing those guys did was to add their salaries, they did not even consult the Kenyan but they decided to raise their salaries and just like that they did it! So why not the teachers who provided them with that skills in education and knowledge they have today why not give them what their want why not make them happy sure their can bring much better brighter Kenya!
Just to make the matter worse for the past almost two years majority of our politician what they do is to move up and down campaigning for themselves do you know how much money their use moving up and down and how much of that money can be used to educate the poor Kenyan?
A few months ago there was money to increase the salaries of civil servants; the MPs increase their salaries and benefits when they feel it is appropriate for them. It was very convenient for nearly the entire government to go for the Olympics in London and what is disturbing is the rate at which our government officials are going for international trips some of which are not adding value to the general growth of the state.
As I was writting this letter today i found this post of my of my friends in Facebook and liked it because it just what i was thinking ‘’ Those of us who have time to read the famous book Shamba la Wanyama “The Animal Farm” and take a great look at our Kenyan society, we can for sure see many things resembling. A situation where there are individuals who are more equal than other, where some people cannot be questioned and that their orders are meant to be the binding law’’
Where our economy taking us now only God Knows’ I keep saying and I will say it again and again if we wanna change the future we have to start it now and work it now by doing what right and great for our children and that why my heart my mind tell me in my life the best thing I can do for this world is to help a needy child in education so I can help her or him for the better future.
This week I have been busy up and down trying to help our partnership organization in planning of their upcoming event of support the Ageing people by giving them free medical treatment, nothing is easy for the poor/needy  people  to get it and for sure I have learn a lot of this and I wonder when our world will reach to where health care is offer to everybody with cheap price, in the sometime I was watching the other day news our doctors too are on the strike, Kenyan pay a lot of money for the medical insurance cover which already enough to pay our doctors but what happening today it not fair for the ordinary Kenyan who cannot afford  special service from schooling and health care…
That why I keep saying and saying we have to rethink and work together in empowering our young one’s in education because that where all our challenges start because at the end of the day when two bulls fight who suffers –( the grass) the children who their parent cannot afford private school, our sick people who can not to get services from private hospital, our youth who are Jobless and every needy Kenya who need help from the above to achieve or get those service which now it has become nightmare.
My cry to friends and people of good will is to rethink and see where we can make change to our human development, it is too bad only the other day I WAS going through most of funding organization and try to search evaluate which organization can be able to fund us as small organization or other small community based organization, but my surprises is most of organization conditions are too high and requirement is for only who already have climbed the ladder out of poverty,
Today’s technologies help everything and make things much easy and fast but how many needy people have that opportunity to access that technology?  If you want to help the most needy person down there in village who cannot tell the different between TV and computer.. Realty can you tell me how that guy will be able to express or go online to fill the requirement so he can get fund to develop his community.
We climb ladder too fast and move very fast and forget our main goal is to lift the needy leave them there and keep feeding the rich guys pocket and making them more richer because they have what we want or give information as we want but forget who really need that help!
The world is moving so fast yes all of us too who work for humanitarian we need to move in the same direction but our ladder need to be of different not like for a business person who only his/her business goals is to gain more and more – think of those down in village where only the technology they have is phone and if they want to request for fund is only a pen and paper and if their lucky get somebody to help them type or print.
To end my point here, kindly let look our policy of funding and strategic of how we plan reaching the most needy people believe me or not if you live in Kibera for example or living and working under one dollar a day to find enough for just food and basic need if you can be able to save enough for other requirement such as cyber for internet service maybe you will be able to save one dollar a week.. Fact how long can you stay connected for only $1 (dollar)
Lastly do as you wish our world is full of potential people, people with great opportunity, career, talent and wealth but we will never or have that freedom to feel safe or protected, when others keep wishing if they can be in the same position with us! And to make our world better, peaceful and where every human feel cared we have to try lift the one we left behind by offering them the right service or need as their capacity.
Thanks --- look out for my next letter of How Youth are Mislead by luck of opportunity (been in wrong place or in wrong company just to gain acknowledge or daily bread)
At the sometime I will be talking of what plan we have in partnership with other small youth organization (involving Youth in leading in community health and awareness, in sanitation, peace building, and role model for better society)
In God will – keep in touch and informed

Been you its Great thing’ but been somebody else it’s impossible

Once we all have our difficult time and time in life when things does not work as per our wish and wished to change everything but the fortune does not come over night, I may be the dumpiest or unlucky dude but for sure we always say every dog has it day!
I once dreamed to be happiest helping the needy in our society and seeing the changes in our society where people wake up to achieve their goal and feel happy and be part of society where everyone care and help each other.
I know I WROTE and I will keep doing so for those around my circle I have talked a lot of things I may have begged for thousands of time’s for your help but how I can stop or say nothing while am still in need of your help! If I have power over my hand to ask and change and have everything I need today I would be happiest Guy in the world and I will move the mountain, bring joy where there is sadness, build and prepare the better future for those need it and share only the happiest moment and greatest news every day of my life.
To those few who have not noticed this is one of my difficult year of all it not yet end but I Have a lot of complication issues and my work resulting to nothing as income to serve my living I have tried few other things just to earn living but it does not cover enough my personal and other needs requirement to serve and do as I wish to do for organization and our programs.
The other day I was ashamed I had to call for a meeting with my youth colleagues to talk of our coming plan event but it happen to me I did not have even fare to take me to the meeting not even a money to do print out or buy a cup of tea for myself and other youth as part of motivation.
What a shame I wish I could drop my title now and say am just a village farmer but the question is do we still have enough land to do farming? Ooh no I do not think so even that will not help! So what now Ben’ what a best way to earn living?
When am down and stressed up or let not say stressed but worried of one thing or another because I feel I need this or that I always try to find solution by myself get out talk with people share or keep it by myself for while because if everybody is not Benjamin there are those who would love to help and those who wait to hear and ‘’say him again’’ or those who wait to see you fail and go down and ‘’say bravo we knew he can’t go far’’!!
Anyway let me just say if you can, I will be glad to share and hear from you, if you can help well it would great thing for me if you know something much better which we can help each other earn living I will be much more glad to hear from you!
There many people who give me courage and am so glad to have them and their support even writing this small message I could not be able to write if not them, their support me get credit get internet to share learn and listen and hear what others doing in the other world. Thanks a lot, also those give promise advice, acknowledgement, write back, and share with friends, or challenges me, am glad to have you and hear and share with you!! Asante Sana (thanks a lot)
Kindly IF you get this message you are special and I personally invite you to share with me your personal view of overcoming current economic challenges we are facing and also if you can you can join me in my blog at
I may not the best writer but I try to express myself as much as I can the other day a friend said to me why always  seem so unhappy as you used to be, tell me friend how can  I be like I used to be after trying for more than five years working to make change but I have became challenge myself because every day I learn I found new challenges which come from those in needs but poor Ben he still not achieved his goal to manage change those sorrow and sadness moment in other people life.
Today my body, my work, my challenge it is only mine when am sleeping in my bed, my mind is mine only when am deep in my sleep why because every day every time I wake up I start thinking of what I started and other poor people challenges and what I can do to change someone life as it my goals in my life, my life today does not value anything if I can’t do something for somebody else, my life today worth nothing if I can’t see a way of achieving my Goals which is to bring change to somebody else life.
So How can I be happy if when or what I try does not bear fruits?  A mother happiest moment is to see her children happy feed up and with satisfaction, Father happiest moment is to see his children got every basic needs and progress in life,  and everyone has his/her happiest moment so do not judge me by been who I am but I wish you can put yourself in my shoes.
If YOU wanna help there is always an open door and there is so many ways of helping but you have to choose wisely which way you want to help and what kind of help you can over and remember every one is special you are special too and we are all unique with different talent, potential wisdom and power to make change to someone life…. Start today to think or quick look up and think of what you can do to safe somebody else life… it never too late or it can be too late anyway and then you are left saying I WISH  I knew I could done something! Do not WAIT for that moment it not promising one so do something while you can at the right time and right place…….
Lastly Uncle Ben continues please can you be my motivation mentor and follower – I WOULD much happy to hear your comment and anything! May God bless you and give those beliefs in him changing one soul at time and making life possible for those who need our support to fulfill our mission in this world.
May you have Good day, Great week, blessed month, brilliance year!

What is most important operation Linda Nchi or operation linda mwananchi?

Or who is fooling who now, who will be the victim at the end of the day?
Just the question is who will be the victim at the end of the day! Where are we heading to what will be the future of our children it on the other day most media news hit on our doors with this unsolved issues between our government and our teachers ‘’Industrial Court Judge Pyrum Ongaya issued orders on Friday declaring the teachers strike unconstitutional following an application by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC), Teachers on Saturday said they would proceed with their planned strike in defiance of the court order’’ (story courtesy of daily nation)
Operations in most public schools have been paralyzed as the teachers strike over pay started.
In many schools, pupils were sent home while in others, the learners revised alone in classrooms as their teachers either idled away in staffrooms or attended union meetings when all this going to end and we respect and stop destroying the innocent children mind!! Truly not only teachers with this stress on financially budgeting and economy difficult, last two weeks away doctor in specific hospital like our national hospital Kenyatta went on strike too leaving the sick un attendance, who is the victim at the end of the day?
Everybody talk of economy stress business not going on well and so on a normal Kenyan life has become too much work and working and result you get only basic needs which it is not even enough to cover everybody in the family needs and other necessary like education and medical bills.
It only the other day I was discussing with youth in Kawangware about our environment and how we as youth we need to come up with idea of cleaning and educating our society of environmental but by the end of the day we all had question to our selves, yes we pay tax today, some places like Nairobi have introduced house owners to pay for house tax revenue for their houses and it the other day the mayor of Nairobi was saying a lot of money is collected from house revenue but the question is where is the money taken from all collection made? The cabbage sewage is all over our street, tax we pay house revenue we pay but who will be the victim at the end of the day!
Yes we all need to think of something to change our society and volunteer our service but every time nothing will come out just like that if we need to mobilize youth and society we need little cash to do so but who is ready to cheap in and contribute for this noble idea? That one of the challenge we have today in our society…. Today I was talking with a friend of mine from France she was shocked after visiting Kibera slum and got to walk inside the slum and what she show she told me not even cow or goat in France are accepted to live is such environment and she told me after seeing this she cried for that emotions of not understanding what happening here…. Life can be such unfair sometime I always say this most of time and some of us cannot understand why life is like this! But’’By the end of the day who is the victim?
Back to the school children and the teachers everybody has freedom to express themselves and right to claim for their right but the question is when two bulls fight who is the victim by the end of the day, our innocent children who to blame? Am not sure who!!! But for sure our future is in our hands friends, something need to be looked upon just imagine for sure this is the end of year and the most crucial time for some of the students in primary/secondary level upgrading to the next level, what are we adding in such children mind if their left alone when they really need us for proving what they have been doing for all primary level or secondary, fear trauma which leaves them without option but to start judging the world the way their want.
Yesterday again the talk between the teachers and the government failed that means our children they are not going to school soon it has to take another twist for our leaders to come up with solution and who are the victim at the of the day!
The truth is most of the students who are found in the middle of this game between our government and teachers are the children from very poor family who can’t be able to take their children in private school and all the result of this you do not need to ask, how can they compete with others by the end of year when they time was wasted and left alone to study by themselves where others get first hand support from well motivated teachers in their private school.
The true is everything is not fair not for the children or their teachers every worker I am sure you agree with me on this, to perform well in their working place they all need motivation’ just tell me how can a teacher concentrate in classroom teaching the children while his/her mind thinking for dept she/he need to repay? Even if we want to help our society and change the future of rich getting much richer and poor getting much poorly we have to start looking the fact our poor family children can’t perform well in school because those who teach them they are not well yet and that give those other high position on high school and universities that means when we get back to employer they look for our back ground of our performance and who get the high Job? Who’s the victim again?
