Love is giving and forgiving and be there for each other!!

When I was little I learnt to be honest and go for what I want even if is crying I could do it to make sure my mum give me what I want but now I have grow up still I go for what I want but the different there is no one to cry for to demand of what I want unless my lord who is the provider and giver of everything we want in this world.

Every day of my life I ask myself this the some question every day why the world is so much unfair to many innocent human being and what I can do to make change to someone life get rid of the sorrow and sadness plus stress of poverty and make that someone rejoice the fruits of been human.

Just it is the other day I was discussing with my colleagues the challenges of us as youth and how many thousands of young people who have finish their schooling and still jobless and still how many could not finish up that schooling for one reason or another and too are jobless! How can we change the situation if the love which we were taught by our mother faded away is it true love is forgiving, giving and be there for each other? (that my question to you today)!

How many of us belief in this love? I once promised myself to be the best and serve those I can to my level best be a role model to my society and my fellow youth and our children for the sake of love because I believed in love and thought love is the greatest gift we can offer to our world and to each other.

I have seen and heard of great people with a lot of properties a lot of money and proudly and lively in their life but none of them take away of their wealth with them to the grave the only left memories of them.

Life is best when we has human practice the three words in our daily duties loving, forgiving and giving how can we be if there is no pure love how can we be happy if there is no forgiving from our friends how can it be if we are not given support, assistance in our daily lives?

There is a lot of evil and unrest if we luck the three words in our life’s just for example I was looking for the news in our one Nation Tv station on the violence between two tribes in Coastal Kenya and current for just of small thing which started with one man losing his life it has extended to over 50 people lives and animals because the community lucked the three basic words love, forgiving and giving. If we show love to our neighbors’ and forgive to go against our wishes and give/ or share the little we have with love there will be no conflict of any, love is greatest weapon we has human God provided us for free.

This my story this my life (when I started writing about myself and thought if I join my words and create my blog even today I do not know who read it who knows about me  but I will never give up writing when I can and express my feeling and desire to this life because no one knows time or hour, one day I will go and go and I will not be able to talk write see meet and tell people of what I think but today I have that opportunity to share write and tell you what I think and whom I am and intend to do or wish to!

When the day will arrive I will go and I will be in peace and happily and I will be glad maybe somebody somewhere will read my words get inspired and do what I wished in my time on her/his time,

Do you know how many times I have cried on my bed and wished the morning will bring a new day with blessed where human will turn to each other and realize we are all equal and by the end of the day we are searching for one thing? Love, success, satisfactions and feel human (by been recognized by others) and we cannot achieve this if every day we work on our personal benefit but if we wake up and realize the success of my neighbors’ or my friends is benefit to us too that the day the world will be filled with love and complete happiness.

When I started reading this book written by Ani Kalayjian and Donique Eugene (mass trauma and emotional healing around the world) it acted as an eye opener for another opportunity of rethinking how in millions years million’s human being we have kept been a victim of disasters, weather natural or human-made, Doctor Ani she said the world need more meaningful healing and I agree with her 100% our world need more than just gospel preaching there so much need to equalize people mentally and spiritual to work together with a common goal.

For the world to be the way we want it to be we have to work extra mile together to understand each and everyone else goal and start filling the gap’s which as human we have ignored for a long time, it you or me who can make the change to our world to make it much more meaningful, peaceful, better and a world where every human is respected and recognized with his/her personality of love and wishes.

I want and it my dream to share and find a solution to help those in need and my situation it’s not promising on my own and it my hope because that what keep me one day one person among many millions of human will find a way for me and hold my hand and walk with to my path to help and do as my wishes…..

Lastly for today everything we have is God’s gift in this world and only him can prove the wrong and the right I maybe not the best or good as you may wish but what I have and I am it’s great than what you may think! If you wanna help do it not for me but for others who will benefit from it am only the bridge which need repair but still can help you pass to the other side. May the true love of forgiving and giving walk with you and guide you toward building much better meaningful world for every human to rejoice and feel belonged!

Just me and my Life and work! can You Help!

Hello it my hope you are doing fine kindly it for while before I wrote a long general email and it my hope you keep up date my other communication update, as I always say life come with a lot of surprises everyday but the most important thing of all is to be alive and have people around you who support you and care for you all the time, and am so glad to have you as my friend and share with you all the time. Recently I have been working on youth Training and YVC organization long term solution for it grow and sustainability in office maintenance, official and other requirement for organization to carry out the daily activities.

The work it is kind difficult and challenging to make sure everything is running smoothly and every side is considered as per our goals I have communicated with so many personnel those profession on organization mobilization of resource, activities and programs support, and volunteers participation on organization daily activities supports but it’s still too difficult to secure trustworthy organization or people who can understand my small brain (head) and agree to work with me 99% in supporting the program or volunteering their full time in doing something for organization.

This one reason am writing this email to you today I still need your help your ideas and if you know any good organization which we can partner with them in long term of exchange program for volunteers, resource mobilization and any other support toward achieving our goals.

Currently am sharing an office with one of our partners in Nairobi and made my house my biggest office when I need to concentrate more in my work but I would be glad to have good office near our project in Kibera where our youth are who I really need to involve them in organization daily business which due to today’s challenges they cannot manage to travel or move from there to where we have an office current,  so kindly if you have any idea I would be glad to hear from you and anything would be great remember sometime money is just one of many bridge to success but it is not the success we are the success to what we really wish to achieve.

My second sharing today is for my greatest life dream or I call desire to my life (Hope children and Empowerment center) it is my goal and my dream to build and finish up this center where community children, youth and women can have opportunity and open ground to participate, learn, share, interact and show their culture and goal in life.

It for while now from the first day we put the foundation stone and am glad for everything we have already done and there is no time I will stand and boost to myself say it me I have done all that but it all come from friends people who learn and understand me and knew I have that talent and heart of sharing, and that what am proud of today there someone out there like you who trust me and listen and shared , motivated and told me yes Ben it possible and because of you or one of my friends  a lot have been done and so much is going to come from that one stone foundation we started with.

Current we are training of fifteen young people on various income generating activities to support them and make the active in community and help them from drug, alcohol and other idleness youth behaviors which end them to more challenges and multiply of poverty in society.

Last weekend I had a visit where we shared with them a lot and they told me of things they would like to do, (to achieve)and it true am not sure if I can be able to provide them with all necessary so to achieve their goal but we will give them what we can….. because for while (past) I got this idea everything is possible if you believe in yourself am sure pole pole and from help of people like you I will be able to guide them till we achieve some of our goals as organization.

I have shared with many people of ideas and things we need to do, by the next months we shall be on road looking who will buy soap and candles from us   apart from that we are hoping if we are lucky enough we shall receive some refurbished computers (from one organization from USA) for training youth and community in large which also used as information sharing from other world and our society.

The other issue is we are still looking people or organizations which support us in buying public address, drama club acrobatic tools and uniform and other public event hiring items which we intend to use as income generating for organization.

Last thing which is much difficult and stressing me day and night is the fact that there so much I need to achieve and I do not have idea how I will overcome them, one even if as organization we are working together to achieve the goals in activities supporting the generally population community I have few things, one like building I still need a lot in building the center and I have no idea anymore but I need good classroom, dormitory, finish up guest house, build up dining hall which will be multipurpose plus the Hope offices!

Lastly I would like to thanks those who have so much sharing ideas, supporting me financially listening and thinking of us all the time Asante sana… just remember! You do not need to move the mountain to make the change!

Have you ever reached to a point of blank point in your life!

Everybody every day, each and every one of us we dream and hope to achieve our goals in life but have ever woken up one day and felt that you can’t work anymore you can’t think any more or there is too much you need but as much you have been moving up and down to achieve your goals there is nothing so far you have accomplished yet! You have worked and worked so much but just look one day you woke and realize there is still so much you need to do to achieve your goals! Point blank

Too much politic too much noise too much of law too much of freedom! Where our world is ending to! I work every day in a very simple life style and meet many different people from different back ground but every day I found each and every one of us has kind of challenges in her or his life, my question is what went wrong to us as human being, life does not give break to relax to refresh our minds, after working so hard to achieve our day goals, week, month or year in our life there is always a point blank where you find there is one very important thing you still need you did get it! And this can leave you with no space to enjoy and rethink of all what you have done until you get it! Somebody once said everything in life is circle and it true, very true believe me of not there will be no a day you will wake up and say I have achieve more than I wanted now I can sit down and enjoy the fruits of my work! Yes majority of us we always work hard promising our self after achieving our goals we shall relax and enjoy our great fruits of our work but for sure how many of your friends or people who you know have worked for a certain period of their time in life but now they are just enjoying what they have worked for not worrying or thinking we still have one more think we need to do or get!!

From last month or two I started a field work meeting the ageing people to their home and for sure not only young or middle aged people in challenges as the says say even the rich cries does the same say could be told even the old cries!

Many people spend too much of their life worrying of small things and forget that life is not stopping and our body are not stopping growing old and end up carrying their worries till the ageing life which they could have changing when they were young.

Few days ago I visited our partner’s organization that support children in education and I was sharing with them why many children are not doing well in schooling and different challenges their face as the teachers in school! We as parent we have a lot to do to our children but majority of parent think the work of education or teaching/educating kids it only the work of teachers and also majority we think when we take our children to school they get everything they want there! It’s great to make sure our children go to school learn and be equipped with life skill but also it very very important for us like parent to make sure our children grow up respectful in society and learn behavior from school and in our home as while as life skill.

I may be a talker and listener but it not my wish to be who I am but it my desire to share, create more than human understanding which push me to be who I am today. Just the other night I had a dream in my center happily with so many children running around me and I said thank lord I worked so much I spend so much time thinking of how I can make change to someone life but you have shown me the vision I will follow it till I successes in my desire because this world you gave us we have a lot more need to be done to fulfill your mission in bringing us here!

Do you know every little small thing I do for others and I see a smile in their faces it give me motivation and challenges to know how small human can be satisfied with because most and majority of people who really need help they do not need a mountain of help but little gesture of your time mostly encouragement and direction! But why that is not possible friends just little of your time for somebody what God give you for free something you never went to school to learn or borrowed from somewhere it always yours build in you, born in you and the worse things if you do not use it well when you can, you will go with it! Humanity is all we want from each just little time of our self to share learn and be there for others…….

Today I was talking with youth who are registering for youth training by one Ngo in Kenya for different courses as part of empowering youth in development, majority of this young people aged between 18 and 26 are single mothers and when you ask them what happen or why their do not stay with children fathers, many say it because even when their got the babies they have with the guy their didn’t plan to have the child but because of the challenges their face in life they did not have any option, it was in process of searching for daily bread and so on and the worse thing’ this mistake (thing) or problem are you wish to call it is repeated several and you find a young girl under the age of 28 years with more than one child from different men! When they get the first one the go out to search for food the one they have and end up getting another lover who will provide them with food but at the end of the day’, they end up giving them a second baby. What a life??

Point blank friends when will we end up human suffering in our world and start acting like human being? If you look this kind of situation do you see a bigger challenge coming and that why mostly here in Africa poverty will never end because everyday children are born out wedlock and end up with single mother who cannot provide this children with everything their need and that the challenge we need to work on from the start relationship of girl and boy is not bad thing but if it driven blindly it keep us getting back to where we started,

The point here is education just ordinary education does not change our youth behavior but if we all behave like human care of each other and be there for each other we can end up small challenges keep pushing us backward in our life! Let think together and look your neighbors your community members as your fellow human being who need you and you need them in time of need, let us like parent think of education/ learning of our children and be the first best teachers to our children when their grow up have strong foundation to guide them in life challenges.

My greatest dream/wish in life is to build one kid at time a better strong and healthful foundation which will bring not only for her/her benefit but the whole society if life allow me today finish up the center am building and manage to create few income generating activities for the center will do great and try reach as many soul as I can!

Upcoming 2012 Hope Children and Empowerment Center program for ten to twenty (10-20) Youth in the village

Help me here please!!

Once a man told me if you cannot make it to sun just try to land in moon at list am kindly preparing for few days training for young people in the village majority who could not advance their education in High school for alternative course training on making candle and after training we plan start small Hope candle making and selling to neighborhood as a means of empowering this Young Youth in our society and the mentality of dependence among our Youths.

Problem/challenges

In the world today everybody is talking and talking of things which can be done to empower youth in society and a lot have been done! I would like to take this opportunity to thanks all people’s groups and cooperative which are supporting youth in our society

We believe there is this information career and people out there with different talent which is not been used and it just a matter of luck of awareness and understanding yourself! After my discussion with various youths few days ago and reading a lot of comment which was put here in many website by different youth workers I have clear mind everywhere in the world we are overcoming the some difficulty with our Youth and the only way to try to make change to this (not possible to change everyone or achieve our goal 100%) but it’s possible to organize an avenue which we can train the Youth how to fish and leave them to do so!!

In the world today everybody is talking and talking of things which can be done to empower youth in society and a lot have been done! I would like to take this opportunity to thanks all people’s groups and cooperative which are supporting youth in our society.

In Kenya the government started this Kazi Kwa Vijana program to empower youth in different part of Kenya but still there is a lot to be done today I was talking with different youth in Kibera and as far as they all know about the KKV program it seem it only program for the informed one’s or educated youth who can have time to get in computer do the research and come up with plan and proposal.

Everybody has his/her own way of thinking and understanding and our great focus is to change dependences to self-determination and we can only achieve this if all head are put together share and support and come up with the best solution!

Goal

Our goals as HCCR to look for most needy young people in the village train them how to make candle and marketing of their product which will bring income to a group of few Youths and  our center in large to enable us be able to support other program.

Requirement

Already we have got the teachers who will be able to come and teach in our center for few days for a understandable fee, the trainer will also help the group to brand the candles and teach them small treads of marketing their products.

For Hope to manage to facilitate the program we need small capital to invest in the program which will be used in buying of materials needed for the candle making process and packing.

How you can support

Any members/ volunteers who would like to support this program or sharing ideas of the program you can help in funding financially for the training or after training investment of business or any other ideas.

Do belief in changing one person at time or working for a number?

For while now I have been working on social and community empowerment in different communities and I have met so many organization and people who are doing great work in our societies and other groups, but my biggest question is what do we look in terms of making changes in our societies?

I have not understood up to now what is better for organization is it the number or out come? Anyway it depends with the way we look things, but if I have been a judge or person to make judgments I would look things in different way of making the change!!

Once in life I decided to move my life in a different way than what I used to  think and I promised myself I will not look back or  fear to go for what I want I did not mind my education or who are with me but I shared my ideas with many who seemed to like it so much and I said to myself I will not let what I love or created just be used for just fun or personal interest and from that point I knew what I want and little by little I do not mind for how long it will take, but am sure one day my greatest desire dream will be fulfilled by me or by somebody else.

This year my work my life seem like it going opposite of what I want I have so much ideas things which I can’t just explain them here but for sure I know because of one issue or another I have a lot to do to fulfill my dream every day I search for opportunity, opportunity to do things the right way, opportunity to explain or to meet somebody who will understand me and help me with ideas or financially, but every day end up in vain but I never lose hope I will keep going on and on until I find what I want because this world need more courage more strengthen, more creativity more trying and trying I will not stop until my last breath.

Last two months I talked so much of child support and I still think a lot of how I can be able to help children who their parent or guardian can’t be able to help them in high school education or other education.’’ Education’’ even if it will not guarantee you 100% your future success it not just like the one who do not have any skill in that level and when I talk of this I say it with confidence from my personal experience, we have to look solution of empowering our children and giving them opportunity when still young if we want to make the future change and reduce dependency, early pregnancy or married, Drugs abuse, crime in our societies and many other challenges we over go because of luck of enough knowledge from our childhood, we must think of how every child can access to free and fair better education.

Why I said education is the key of this challenges one if our young people who do not have the opportunity for better training or counseling education, what happen is this guys look for anything out of frustration to fulfill life needs for them, some find sex as the escape place to hide their worries and to find happiness (as also we very well know luck of what we want, love as we call it), it our greatest way to make ourselves happy which end up with pregnancy or other related diseases or challenges in life, such family conflicts, crimes and long term poverty life.

Others  such as Drugs abuse does together morally with finding other ways of happiness which drive our young people from level a of just alcohol, to hard drugs which turns to be addiction then because of need of it such people may driven to crime to earn money be able to acquire  that they need.

I have talked so much of early married before and where it take us to when we start dating or enjoying hide and seek sex which at that moment because of pressure and that joy it give us, we normally think this is the right person and if you have nothing else in front of you which is demanding the next thing you think is getting married and for sure nothing sweet like having a girl or a boy who you think (I say you think because this is un-matured relationship) is your life time lover.

Most of such relationship are very sweet at the beginning but it changes everything when the baby or the pregnancy come in, that when things start getting worse and relationship start getting sour, then afterword you need to think of the father who have not good education and the same to the wife who by then will be too busy to think anything outside the box than the new born baby!

What such family could earn or could do than to look for casual jobs which they are paid just to have enough for their family meals.

Am very sure and am sure you will agree with me up to there, if we need to change things or end up poverty we must focus in one thing at time and by doing so little by little we shall come to conquer our biggest challenges in our societies today. Somebody may think why do I worry and my family can afford to pay for me and I will be able to pay for my children education and everything their need! Is that Selfish or what I call un-human is thinking?  Am sure you have heard of this one man challenges is everybody worry! Ask me how and why? If you do not see the problem, once is said, every little challenges from conflict from the families, conflict from Tribes, conflict from Nation it all start with very small things we ignore from the second we think we have no problem on our selves because we can have everything we need as family or as person/s

Lastly to end my analyses  today let me say we need to think big and think as human and do not think Ben challenges does not bother you it will and it will become one day part of your life challenges if we do not address it the right time, what do I mean life give us different opportunity and we are all blessed or gifted with different talent, skills, or way of thinking which give us capability to achieve our goals as we wish, somebody somewhere maybe going to life challenges because one day something went wrong not because he/she wanted to things to be so, but it happens and it can happen to anybody and it is our love, passion, and willingness to make one thing at time change that can make somebody else one day do something for someone else!

For the past few days I have been volunteering in one of our partners organization and I have seen something never seen before, one guy Asian original current Kenyan he has come up with program of helping the people, by providing them with money to start a small business from his own income without asking for refund or interest like many people do, just want he does is to sit down with them and ask them what they want to do and if their give good explanation he give them some money which is a big boost to them all those who have received now this small help have started small income business or invested to work which will add value in their life..

That left me wondering how many people in the world even if there are billionaires can be like this one man, people have ideas things they would love to do but because they do not have people to guide them or motivate them or support them their end up doing what their do not like for just getting their daily meals or something to keep them alive.

To finish up my today issue this not only me words but after discussing and talking with other we may be seem like we have nothing we can do because we do not have power to express our selves but if given opportunity we can move the mountain.

Let think for long term solution and stop assuming or ignoring things which are fact but let us take every single person as human understand them and help them, uplift their life to bring change in our societies, nations, and our beautiful world.
